On Friday, February 6, 2026, The Darley was recognized by Greystar as Lease‑Up of the Year, a distinction that highlights the community’s exceptional performance across every major operational metric. This achievement reflects The Darley’s strong income and expense management relative to budget, consistently high occupancy performance, and standout reputation scores. The team also excelled in resident and prospect satisfaction through outstanding results in Kingsley surveys, while demonstrating deep community engagement through dedicated service hours. In addition, The Darley maintained a rigorous commitment to team development, achieving a 95% or higher completion rate in both in‑person and online education requirements. The Darley, a new 228-unit luxury apartment community with seven (7) three-story buildings and free-standing clubhouse, is located along the bustling SR200 corridor directly adjacent to HCA Florida West Marion Hospital, VA Clinic, and the Heath Brook Market Street mall.
