The Marion County Bar Association (MCBA), a professional organization representing more than 130 local attorneys and judges, is pleased to announce its incoming officers for the 2026–2027 term.
The newly elected officers, which include three attorneys from various CEP member companies, are:
• President: Shawn Clark, Hightower & Hightower, P.A. (CEP Member)
• Vice President: Christopher S. Cervellera, CERV LAW, PLLC (CEP Member)
• Treasurer: Kevin Steiniger, Assistant State Attorney, Fifth Judicial Circuit
• Secretary: Shelby Horn, Meldon Law (CEP Member)
The Association also recognizes and thanks its outgoing officers for their service and leadership during the past year:
• President: Ian Pickens, Douglas Law Firm
• Secretary: Josh Moses, Richard & Moses, LLC
The Marion County Bar Association was established in 1989 and is dedicated to promoting professionalism, collegiality, and camaraderie within Marion County’s legal community. Through its monthly meetings and educational programming, the Association provides members with local court and administrative updates, networking opportunities, and complimentary Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs designed to support the professional development of attorneys throughout the region.
