Project Manager - Civil Construction

This position is responsible for the overall project management of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, and will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall project from inception to completion.
  • Ensure that all required documents are properly completed and signed.
  • Manage the project’s budget and timelines.
  • Oversee the project’s scope and ensure that it is fully understood by all involved parties.
  • Manage change orders, submittals, and reviews of projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments on projects that are nearing completion.
  • Manage change requests from within your team as they arise.
  • Ensure that all internal systems are up-to-date and running smoothly with all projects.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years industry experience in earthwork and utilities
  • Minimum 1 year in a leadership/management position
  • Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
