We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Office Receptionist to join our team and become the first point of contact for our valued clients.
As our Office Receptionist, you will provide superior customer service, maintain our front office area, and ensure smooth office operations. You'll play a crucial role in making a positive first impression on our clients, and your friendly, welcoming demeanor will set the tone for all interactions with our office. You will be a support for the agents in the office.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Welcome visitors, answer their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate parties.
2. Handle incoming calls, manage the office's email account, and sort and distribute mail.
3. Coordinate scheduling for appointments, meetings, and showings.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-office environment.
5. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and copying documents.
6. Maintain and manage office supplies inventory.
7. Assist the team with various administrative projects as needed.
8. Social Media Marketing
**Qualifications:**
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.
6. Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred, but not required.
