As a Service Writer/Advisor, you work directly with our customers and shop technicians. Listening to our customer's needs is essential. You'll spend your time identifying the resolves for our customer's concerns, generating quotes, ordering tires and parts, receiving tires and parts into our point-of-sale system, and fielding a host of daily business-related phone calls. All this while encompassing an eagerness to supply our customers with the best service they deserve while being a great coworker to our staff. This is a high-volume position. The ability to be able to multi-task is essential. Very good computer, phone, and customer skills are required

As a member of the location's team, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry
• Adaptability to ever-changing business needs
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
