United Way of Marion County, Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the next President and CEO.  The person will lead the organization's efforts to address four Community Impact Pillars: Youth Opportunity, Financial Stability, Health, and Community Resilience. The successful candidate will lead fundraising, grant development, and sponsorships in support of these four pillars. 

The person will be a community leader, supported by a dedicated volunteer board of directors representing the business community, local government, education, and advocates.  The President will provide leadership to internal programs such as Strong Families, Community Partnerships Schools, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, and Reading Pals. The individual will provide community-wide leadership, creating issue-based campaigns across the four pillars. 

Required skills include executive management, governance, financial oversight, marketing and communications, and team building.
