Description

The Art and Science of Behavioral Interviewing. This training teaches those charged with interviewing candidates for hire how to interview effectively using behavioral interview techniques. The premise is an employee’s previous behaviors are indicative of future behaviors. This training pulls out those areas normally hidden during an interview.
