The Marion Mesh Meetup brings together community members, church leaders, hobbyists, and emergency response volunteers to focus on building a resilient local communication network. This public event welcomes anyone currently active with Meshtastic as well as newcomers curious about off-grid messaging solutions. Whether you are a novice or an expert, you will find practical demonstrations, hands-on setup help, and collaborative planning sessions aimed at expanding Marion County’s Meshtastic coverage. Our goal is to create a practical, community-owned system that complements existing emergency plans and strengthens neighborhood-level connectivity.
