IMPACT Procurement Academy

The IMPACT Procurement Academy is a four-session training series designed to help small business owners in Marion County become procurement ready and better prepared to compete for government, corporate, and institutional contracting opportunities.

Through four practical and interactive sessions, participants will gain the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to position their businesses for procurement success. The academy will focus on the key steps businesses need to take before pursuing contracts—from establishing a strong business foundation and developing essential documents to understanding how to identify opportunities, build relationships with purchasing organizations, and successfully navigate the procurement process.
