Gentle Carousel's Reading With Horses annual summer programs will be held in the historic Marion Theatre in downtown Ocala, Florida. The theme for this summer is Jobs With Horses and we will have different horses and exciting guests each week. Individual Gentle Carousel therapy horses are featured in many books by different authors and publishers. After children read a book, the ACTUAL character from the story visits to “bring the book to life”. Gentle Carousel's Reading with Horses literacy programs are free for all adults and children. Every child attending can select a free book to take home each week.
