Arts in Health Ocala Metro is proud to partner with HCA Florida Healthcare to launch a new chair-based movement series at designed specifically for cancer patients, caregivers, and survivors – offering a supportive and accessible way to reconnect with the body. Each session blends light stretching, guided breathing and simple mindfulness practices to help reduce tension, improve mobility, and promote relaxation. No prior experience necessary.
