2024 Equine Industry Expo presented by Ad-Vance Talent Solutions, part of Ocala Metro’s Equine Initiative, presented by Pyranha. This signature event showcases careers within the equine industry for all age groups with demonstrations by top farriers, equine dentists, veterinarians, horse trainers and clinicians. Attendees will learn all about possible future careers with horses by getting up close to horses.

While not everyone wants to ride a horse, almost everyone wants an opportunity to meet a horse. When people meet horses, amazing things happen. Whether you start out mucking stalls and working your way up in seniority on one of the many great farms, or working your way through college as a groom, or even working for a radio or television network that features horses, this education will be priceless. 

When an average of only 1 in 28 children in our community get a chance to ever meet or touch a horse, it makes encouraging careers within the equine industry very difficult. We hope to change this providing these educational experiences. Even if young people do not choose an equine related career in anything from ‘mucking to media’ and all the things in between, having some horse knowledge is very helpful, when you reside in the Horse Capital of the World®.
