Wise Leadership Solutions has a rich history grounded in the remarkable journey of its founder, Gary Wise. After overcoming health challenges in his youth, Gary enlisted in the U.S. Navy at 19, embarking on a transformative 25-year career and culminating in his appointment as a U.S. Navy Command Master Chief.
Throughout his naval service, Gary pursued higher education at prestigious institutions like the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, and earning an M.S. in Organizational Leadership. He consistently displayed outstanding leadership capabilities in roles guiding sailors through overseas deployments and assisting disaster recovery efforts.
Now retired, Gary passes his resilience and leadership wisdom onto the next generation as an NJROTC instructor at Vanguard High School. Alongside his wife Erica, he founded Wise Leadership Solutions to provide executive coaching and team development programs certified by the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®).
Grounding his business in lifetime experiences, Gary remains committed to nurturing future leaders through the company's unrivaled training programs. This vision represents the culmination of his personal journey and dedication to empowering others.
