Free/ Open to all Marion County business owners:

The Kauffman Foundation’s FastTrac program is a hands-on certification for entrepreneurs that provides tools, templates, and expert mentoring to transform ideas into viable and sustainable business models. Through a structured methodology, participants develop their operational and financial plans, strengthen their business vision, and gain access to a support network that drives their growth. In Central Florida, the PPBI – Power Plant Business Incubator of CEP Ocala serves as a local partner and program facilitator, implementing and certifying new and existing entrepreneurs in the region.

Follow these instructions step by step:

1. Go to the Ocala CEP website, Calendar section: Calendar | Ocala CEP

2. Register as a course applicant by providing your name, the name of your company or business, and your email address.

3. Commit to completing all 10 sessions, accessing the Fast Trac platform, developing your Business Plan and completing the related assessments, attending at least three personalized consultation sessions with norman@ocalacep.com, and submitting your Business Plan (in SCORP format), Capability Statement, and Sales Pitch in Word format to the same email address.

4. Receive your certificate of completion after attending at least 8 of the 10 scheduled sessions.
